The Governor of the North West Region, Adolphe Lele L’Afrique has promised to deal with forces loyal to Activists fighting to restore the State of Southern Cameroon, if they attempt to disrupt end-of-year Examinations in the region.

He promised the “Ambazonia Fighters” that any such idea to disrupt the exams will be met with strong resistance and that they will be crushed mercilessly.

He said talking about end of year examinations, “We are ready to face and crush those who will dare to disrupt the writing of the GCE and other exams.  These enemies shall be dealt with mercilessly,”

Mr Lele L’Afrique made the statements in the North West regional capital Bamenda after a meeting grouping regional stakeholders to plan ahead of this year’s end of year examinations especially the General certificate of Education, GCE.

He told participants that his office is working tirelessly with Defense Forces to make sure the exams are written hitch free, urging parents to corporate with the forces to facilitate their work.

The Governor said the government has done a lot to solve the Anglophone crisis but decried the continuous burnings, looting, killings, intimidations among others. “Actually, we are now at crossroads and nobody can tell what will happen the next moment.  It is so because the enemy is invisible. We must fish them out, they live with us and we cannot continue to pretend,” he said.

The meeting ended with Governor Lele L’Afrique assuring teachers that better days are ahead. He also thanked them for their steadfastness despite the threats they faced from invisible forces.
